Ways which traditional retails may use e commerce and mobile technology to increase sales viability.
Retail visibility means that customers are able to see the product a business is selling. In order to receive an outpour of inbound a business must increase the product visibility and recognition. Retails can use both e commerce and mobile technology to increase visibility.
Ecommerce
It is also referred to internet commerce or electronic commerce, it is the purchasing and selling of good and services using the internet and conveying of money and data to perform these transaction (Lee, 2010). Generally e commerce is the selling of products online or any transaction done online. With e commerce expanding drastically due to high demand of online purchasing.
Convenience and easiness
Customers are able to buy products when they are still at home. This gives them a lot of times to “window shop” different product then buy. Transaction is also easy.

Since tradition retails visibility is mostly achieved through branding and building secure relationships, with ecommerce use traffic that come from search engine. Makin the search engine for the business available in e commerce website will help.
Ecommerce helps keeping an eye on customers purchasing habits. E-Commerce is nothing but the Electronic commerce along with the mobile technology, which is used for trading in form of products or services through internet. E- Commerce has induced into many technologies such as m-commerce, electronic funds transfer, Internet marketing, supply chain management, transaction through online, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. It uses web and have interaction through e-mail, mobile devices, social media, and telephones and many mobile applications (Tarasewich, & Nickerson, & Warkentin, 2002).
E-Commerce is mainly seeing at the sales part of a business. It has facilitate the financing and payment apps for transaction of money through the online. It is considered as one of the effective way of doing the business. In this type of aspect there may be having or may not be having the physical appearance.
AS an IT professional we can say e/commerce is nothing but a market place where a person can buy or sell the products over the internet. It utilize the entire scope of products and sale over online from start to the end. E-commerce tools include computer platforms, solutions, applications, servers and many software formats manufactured by e-commerce service providers and purchased by merchants to increase online sales (Tarasewich, P., & Nickerson, R.C., & Warkentin, 2002).

We cans this in other words as meet the customers in various channels that are used by them. We have to use brand websites, email, Facebook, Twitter and even Instagram to connect with the customers. Many e-commerce sites are connecting customer using these branded websites as the platforms. Most of the product which we are selling should be branded items and they should be provided with minimum price compared to other to have the more profit. This chance is attained for customers by having the smart phone technology and social media to discover more about brands which they have not come across before.
