1、 The angle should be unique

For the best effect of photography, choose the right angle. Some people are more beautiful in front; Some people show their temperament on their side; Some people look beautiful from their backs. Writing information is as important as taking pictures. Fundamentally speaking, the best angle of information preparation is the combination of "superior situation" and "inferior situation". We should select the information that not only conforms to the party's line, principles, policies, and superior decision-making and deployment but also best reflects the local reality and local work characteristics. No matter how well the old and well-known information text is written, it can not be called high-quality information. Arrears of migrant workers' wages is a long-standing problem, and solutions are being studied and explored all over the country. We have also submitted many practices and measures in this regard, but they have not been adopted.

2、 The content should be solid

In addition to compiling and reporting some "short and fast" information, information workers should also compile some loud, deep, and influential "fist" information, "high-quality" information, important information, advanced information, and high-level information around leadership decision-making and promoting work. From the practical point of view, all high-quality information benefits from comprehensive processing, and the reason why some information is not of high quality is mainly the lack of such necessary comprehensive processing. After receiving some scattered but valuable information, we should not simply deal with it and engage in information "trafficking", but take it as a clue to deeply excavate, expand, synthesize and process it, so as to form information with more reference value for leaders' decision-making.

3、 The title should be attractive

"Half the text is good, the eyebrows are clear and the eyes are vivid". The title is the "eye" of information, which is the essence of the content. Therefore, it should be particularly eye-catching, grasp the essence and characteristics, and be artistic and attractive.

First of all, the information topic should be accurate. For example, the financial department once reported such a message: "there are continuous theft and robbery cases in a certain financial system, and the losses are huge". This information topic is relatively general, and some problems are not explained clearly. How long is "continuous"? How many happened? How big is the "huge loss"? Later, we changed the title to this: "theft and robbery cases occurred continuously in a certain financial system only in March × Up to × Ten thousand yuan ".

4、 The content should be true

The authenticity and accuracy of information content is the premise of information quality and the life of information. When compiling and distributing information, those with unclear conditions and problems shall be carefully verified. In particular, we must find out the time, place, characters and important plots. If we don't know at the moment, we'd rather postpone the reporting than vague and hasty reporting. If it is particularly urgent, you can report a general situation first, but you should clarify the details as soon as possible.

5、 A sense of picture

Let the words have a sense of picture, they have an imagination space, with words, feelings and scenes. We should not only have a sense of picture, but also make the picture have emotion and emotion.

The most basic things one can check for in their business reports are the common mistakes that anyone makes like the grammatical errors, punctual errors, and the spelling errors. My first advice for writers would be to check their business report for grammatical errors like abbreviations, placement of punctuations like comma, full stop, hyphens, exclamations, question marks, and brackets in their appropriate spots, and running their content through software like Grammarly can catch spelling errors and grammatical errors, if any. My second advise would be related to checking citations for proper format. People often find themselves in trouble when they cite their reports, because they are not aware of the different formats one can use to cite their reports, and how to do so. In such cases, I would recommend that the writer brushes up on citation formats beforehand. “My third advise is that people should take enough breaks when they are going through huge documents to proofread them and correct any errors that the document might have.” (Barron, K., n.d.) My fourth advise is that people might also be able to find errors that are difficult to spot, by reading the document out loud, which ensures that they are looking at every word in the document. Missed punctuations can also be spotted using this method. My fifth advise is that people should tackle small portions of the document or report, focus on all the facts and numbers that the document has and go through them thoroughly to find errors in facts presented and take sufficient breaks in between sessions.
