 For your business case analysis, focus on PepsiCo, Inc. as the "organization".

Your ultimate team task is to develop a 5-years strategic plan for your organization. Your team will present the business strategic plan to the highest level management officers at PepsiCo, as well as to the Board of Directors, for their considerations.

 Please make sure that you have read and understand the "Business Case Analysis" handout, included as one of your "Resources". This resource specifically outlines the elements of a business case analysis. Note that you do NOT have to write an analytical paper that includes all of the elements in the handout for the purpose of this Discussion Board assignment.

 What do you have to do for Discussion Part A?

 Please follow the directions in this Discussion Board.

 You will be using the Discussion Board to post your in-depth business analysis. Please write well-written essays with complete sentences, paragraphs, correct spelling, and correct grammar. Please underline and bold key topics within your essay.

 Please consult the "Business Case Analysis" Resources included in the links below.

 Within the "Business Case Analysis" File, please read the

Resource entitled “How Do I Begin To Work On Discussion Part A – BUS 100 Online”

 Also, please consult the Business Case Discussion Resources. I have helped you by including some important resources for your research regarding this organization and its environment, including articles in various business journals to help you to begin your research. If the links do not work, you can try to “google” the article, or find your own reliable sources with the assistance of “How to Do Business Case Research” to analyze this business case.

 NOTE: The COC web site was redesigned recently, so that some links may

not work as they did in the past. If you conducted business research using

the COC web site in past semesters, you may find that the sources and

research materials are different or are located in different places. So please

be aware, understanding, patient, and persistent as you engage in your

research. You can also contact a COC Librarian for help. See the library

within the COC web site.

 Please read the resource dealing with "How to Do Business Case Research", so that you can do additional research to analyze this business case.

Also, please make sure that you have read my handout

regarding "Number-crunching for Beginners" if you are

analyzing an income statement. This handout is included in

the "Business Case Analysis" Resources.

Environmental analysis sub-team, you can choose to do an

analytical comparison of how PepsiCo compares with its

two main competitors. You do not have to also include the

in MLA style and NOT just "www. . . . . . . ".

 If the links do not work, you can try to “google” the article, or find your own reliable sources with the assistance of “How to Do Business Case Research” to analyze this business case.

6) Please note also that Academic integrity is required in all

student discussions, papers, charts/ diagrams/graphs,

attachments, etc. in the Discussion Board and in your

business case analysis. All reference sources must be

properly cited, even the work of other students. For

example, posting another student’s chart or words without

indicating the source would suggest plagiarism and/or

cheating. Please read the "Cheating" and "College Policies"

sections in your course syllabus.

 7) You must also post At Least TWO Required Replies to

the posts of at least TWO classmates. Your analytical

REPLY POST should be at least 100 words in complete
