Hi Kaylee
I agree with you that the for nay nurse, experience has always been there in the field during to having the various operation and one getting to work on the different environment which is within the health sector which helps one is becoming competent enough. Having to update one professional knowledge is very important especially for those of the health experts who deal with the various sensitive parts of the body such as the cardiac system whereby this will sharpen one's skills in these areas where one might be having less knowledge than it is expected of him or her (Allen, 2018).
Networking is also a very crucial thing for the nurses as one gets to learn from the other members who are already a nurse and have grown in the profession thus having to learn much for the experienced persons. A good interconnection of the nurses is what makes the new nurses in the profession gain confidence and later becoming very important nurses in the profession who help in carrying out the various duties and treating of the patient health conditions. This is much called interprofessional networking which one learns much from in the profession. It is highly encouraged that they continue to advance their skills with in-class activities of learning or in the various working stations that they remain to be competent enough (Finkelman & Kenner, 2013).
