What are micro gestures?

Small movements with the head that are inconsistent with the story (saying yes with the head while saying no with words or vice versa) These are subconscious movements that the individual doesn’t know that he is committing

These micro gestures can be considered as red flags

The ACFE video "Enthusiastic Intelligence: An Interviewer's Secret Skill" portrays what passionate knowledge aptitudes are, how they are applied to extortion meet, what signs to search for, and the benefit of utilizing passionate insight. Enthusiastic knowledge has five parts, mindfulness which is the capacity to perceive and comprehend one's state of mind, inspirations, and abilities. Self - Regulation is the capacity to control one motivation, the capacity to think before you talk/respond, and the capacity to convey what needs befittingly. The inspiration is having an enthusiasm for learning and personal growth. It has the solidarity to prop up when there is hindrance throughout everyday life.(Woehrle,2010).

Compassion, which is the capacity to comprehend different people, groups, feelings, and responses, sympathy must be accomplished if mindfulness is accomplished. Social Skills which the capacity to get on jokes, mockery, client support, keeping up kinships and connections and discovering shared belief with others.(Denman,2019).

As an inspector, it is imperative to set up a standard form which will be utilized to assess the subject again curious inquiries are made. A portion of the investigations that can be caused will be:(Carmichael,2018).
