Discussion: Biblical View of Technology and Project Presentation Assignment Instructions

For this discussion, the student will post a video presentation over 15 minutes in length and one thread of at least 500 words by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Thursday of the assigned Module: Week. The student must then post 3 replies of at least 200 words by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of the assigned Module: Week. The video presentation should include the student presenting using professional etiquette. The video presentation should be supported with at least 5 scholarly citations in APA format. For each thread, students must support their assertions with at least 2 scholarly citations in APA format. Each reply must incorporate at least 1 scholarly citation in APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years. Acceptable sources include scholarly journal articles.

You will perform comprehensive research and post a detailed thread answering the assigned Discussion prompt. Each thread should meet the attached Discussion: Biblical View of Technology and Project Presentation Grading Rubric requirements.

Responding to a classmate’s post requires both the addition of new ideas and analysis. A particular point made by the classmate must be addressed and built upon by your analysis in order to move the conversation forward. Thus, the response post is a rigorous assignment that requires you to build upon initial posts to develop deeper and more thorough discussion of the ideas introduced in the initial posts. As such, reply posts that merely affirm, restate or unprofessionally quarrel with the previous post(s) and fail to make a valuable, substantive contribution to the discussion will receive appropriate point deductions.
