Discussion and Response to discussion Team Management
Part 1: In respective with the context and the article described there exists several management styles for a leader to proceed in leading a team. There exists certain characteristics should be followed by the team leader in respective with their team members. The article explains the detailed description regarding the exceptional characteristics which gives a far root process to solve several problems in the team. Its also well known that team leader should have all the capabilities in turning their team members into positive direction and lead them towards the exceptional and motivating path. It’s not the issue that the team leader should have a particular style of managing the things, but they should different kind of styles exhibited based on the situation and the problem raised. Team leader should be flexible, and they should have enough knowledge about the rules and the forbid line where they need to resist. The way the positive side of the leader in leading the team is to choose a positive way of style which in turn that suites with the team members.
Part 2:
According with the article we can gather much information regarding a special kind of characteristics of the leader like charismatic leader. Charismatic leader is nothing but the person having a particular kind of skill which insist the followers to develop themselves based on the following steps demonstrated by the leader. It’s a kind of style opted by some leaders and which help in motivating the follow workers and lead them in a positive way. Its not been a perception that having charismatic behavior will tells that leader it too positive towards the work. Its just a kind of behavior and there is any concise that the leader should have all good qualities along with it. It can be better explained like not all leader can be motivational even though they have some charismatic characters.
