With regard to system security, what are some of the human behaviors that might cause suspicion among those who manage operating systems and information security? What are the "normal" behaviors as opposed to some "not normal" behaviors that might cause suspicion?

Note we are talking about the behaviors involved in things like use of computers, use of confidential data, access to computer applications, etc, and NOT about other types of behaviors (personality, courtesy, rudeness, etc).
