diverse class. The differences in ages may cause social categorization in a learning

encourages civility and unity among members of the community despite the stereotypes

surrounding the suitable age of learning. Elder students in a class may have a hard time fitting

in with the rest of the students because of the age difference and their appearance as adults

(Ansari, 2019). In an age-diverse system, aged learners may appear mature and experienced

than their younger counterparts. Age stratification in the education system plays an important

role in promoting respect as well as debunking age stereotypes in the school and the society.
