Employer Responsibilities and Employee Rights
According to the act, employers and employees have specific rights and responsibilities. Employees are entitled to use their rights under the law without retaliation or discrimination.
Is this an exaggeration by some union political interest or was there really a problem? What were things like before OSHA? Better or worse and for whom?
