You are working in a company setting that has a policy for keeping employee information confidential. While at lunch with your supervisor, she begins telling a story about your co-worker. Initially, you go along with listening to the supervisor because you want to make a good impression. While you know the discussion goes against company policy, you find it humorous and are unsure if you should confront your supervisor. In your initial post, tell how you would respond to this situation. Be sure to explain how self-efficacy plays a role in delivering your response as well as the role and importance grit has in your level of self-efficacy.
