facing the particular business (and products/services, if
applicable).

following you have chosen to analyze:

2. What is the primary business issue faced by this organization? 3. What is the business strategy that this organization has decided to
use? Please explain this strategy in detail.
4. Which areas of business that you have studied in this course are emphasized in this article -- such as management, marketing,
human resources, finance, etc.? Please explain.
5. Do you feel that this business strategy is customer-driven? Why or why not?
6. Please indicate at least TWO interesting facts about this business that you learned from the article. Please be specific.
Indicate whether you would characterize each fact as either a:
(1) STRENGTH OR (2) WEAKNESS of the business. Please be
specific and please explain your reasoning.
7. What do you feel are the primary elements of the business environment (economic, political, social, technological,
competition, suppliers, etc.) that have impacted this business
strategy? Indicate TWO facts you learned that have impacted this
business from the business environment (e.g. two facts about
competitors, or two facts about customers). Then specify
whether you would characterize each fact as either a:
(1) THREAT OR (2) OPPORTUNITY. Please be specific, and
please explain your reasoning.
8. Do you agree with the particular business strategy that this organization has chosen? Please explain why or why not. If you
were a business consultant to this business, what is another
strategy that you would suggest? Please explain.
