The Lead Logistics Company specializes in local transport of home appliances, furniture, and other appliances to clients. The company boast of service quality, outstanding performance, responsiveness, and excellent assurance. The lead company provides high-quality services and accelerated processes with high-quality service (Lancaster, 2020). The company is an excellent customer-centric company that prides itself in offering its customers top-notch services. The company goes out of its way to ensure that its customers receive top-notch services. With its established integrity, the company knows how best to connect with its customer's psychological makeup to motivate and deliver services to the customers in a meaningful way.

In today's world, customer service is highly regarded as more critical in today's competitive world, and it has become absolutely a must to offer customer-based services. The current global economy has set the target high. The company recognizes how the company's reputation depends on the customer experience (Lancaster, 2020). Customers tend to prefer smiles and frictionless service when interacting with a brand. Customer service in the logistics field helps add value to the core service to maximize customer satisfaction with the brand (Lancaster, 2020). This strategy is a customer-centric approach that is critical in differentiating the company's services.

Week 2

Leads Logistics Company primarily offers logistic services, particularly transporting local furniture and home appliances to the local customers. The essential quality that distinguishes this process is its intention to offer faster logistic processes through its customer-centric approach that allows the customers to get their products delivered at their convenience (Fernando & Drury, 2021). The company has an online platform that allows the product to be selected and ordered online, leaving the clients assured of the bests quality care and transport. The company strives to commit and to the customers at their levels.

The company uses distribution as the primary channel because they do not directly sell to the customers. It is important to note that distributing channels are also known as placement and a company strategy that allows the service delivery to consumers. These distribution channels align with the company's overall mission and strategic vision to reach a broader customer base and address their issues with better quality (Fernando & Drury, 2021). This distribution channel adds value to the consumer. The company comes in paly to reach the customers more efficiently. This approach does not have many intermediaries. The company enhances its values through these channels, ensuring that the customers are saved from the hassled of following up and worrying about how the product will reach them.
