Team dynamics are a key component. Dynamics affect the capacity of a team to support and maintain its participants positively. Unit experiences can enhance success and reputation among members and the team. I was part of a big and competing squad that was nevertheless above average and placed first. The squad is already strong because of its good leadership and understanding of the participants. Our successful leader is a successful leader, the key to team cohesion. A leader may not say what to do, but will steer, assist and processes. The leader acted mostly as the party was held united by the collector. The manager updates all staff members and motivates them (K.P., 2019).

The team members openly work together, express their views and take what others have to say into consideration. Each team member has often shared their fair share, their full understanding of their positions and the success of the team. Both of them feel as though they were part of the family and were always there to benefit others. Maybe one of our key objectives and maybe our most effective and fruitful team's main feature is to focus on individual priorities and desires in the collective purpose. Finally, the fuel that fuels the progress of each member community is the shared goals. Thanks to good communication, trust was also built between team members (Tohidi, 2011).
