You have just been hired by a medium sized company for a project that is likely to run over budget and might also not meet its deadline. At your first meeting with the project sponsor, he asked you if your project team can achieve high efficiency without scheduling tasks and activities, this way the project can cut down on cost and hopefully complete quickly.
