Here at Lead, we specialize in speeding up the logistics processes and provide high-quality services, more flexible and accelerated operations with fixed overheads. (Dorie & Loranger, 2020) We also pride ourselves on being a customer-centric company. We realize the importance of convenience and go out of our way to make customers' lives easier, even if that means we have to work harder. (Morgan, 2021) We are built and stand tall on our integrity. Therefore, knowing it is essential to connect to the customer's psychological makeup to motivate and deliver value to the customers in a more meaningful way. In today’s world, companies are increasingly paying attention to corporate social responsibility, which mainly covers environmental concerns, commercial benefits, regulatory impacts, and reputation in front of society. The Lead Logistics company understands the crucial importance of environmental sustainability. For this reason, it has changed its ways of doing business, particularly in the management of its supply gain to reduce waste, reduce pollution, and ensure limited harm to the environment. The company resorted to implementing corporate social responsibility because of the changing consumer behaviors, sensitivity, and awareness of social and environmental issues. In addition, the company understands that newer companies and customers prefer products and services that emphasize the activities related to social responsibilities. Lead Logistics considers the complex challenges that come with the complexity of network-wide actions, cooperating with other supply chain players, and offering tailored solutions to the customers.
