E-commerce  may be defined as an internet-based process of purchasing and selling products and services. M-commerce may also be defined as online payment of purchases using a mobile device with internet connection. When it comes to developing successful e-commerce and m-commerce functionality and rules for the business, organization should make sure its goods are complied with. In other words, the goods should be able to meet their consumers' requirements. This will ensure a company will thrive in internet commerce as long as it remains relevant.

It may be mentioned that there are many problems with connection that are presented as features of these online platforms. Online transactions need quick and dependable access to the internet. However, the Internet is usually interrupted by poor transmission rates with mobile devices, such as mobile phones. M- trade, for example, demands high internet connection and therefore will lead to a disruption of the company. To improve the e-commerce and m-commerce ecosystem, the emphasis is on continuous and original content. The consumers feel enticed by distinct and consistent content (Singh & Srivastava, 2019). Therefore, and will opt to purchase from an organization. This is because consumers realize that original content gives them greater value.

This may be utilized by a company to forecast future product demand. It is implemented by complying with the standards. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the software solution for centralizing operations, including accounting and inventory management. This may also be utilized to centralize procedures for easier management. It is implemented by the experts' guidance. On the other side, PLM is a program that companies use to manage the design of their products and to guarantee compliance and design processes are taken. It may thus be utilized for the design of the product life cycles.
