As a business owner, there are several human resource functions you are expected to provide for your employees. Even if you do not have any employees at this time, this section will provide you with additional details on what you can expect concerning human resource management for your future employees, as well as business management expectations in general. Some owners choose to provide services directly or hire professionals with expertise in human resource management to carry out functional tasks with the intent to help the organization run smoothly.

We also must consider the possible different legal forms (structures) available for consideration. There are many pros and cons associated with each legal structure. Choosing the right legal structure that best fits a business means considering liabilities, taxation, and so much more. Please review the material below carefully before proceeding forward.
