I would like you to locate an article related to Employee Conduct outside the Workplace in the past 2 years.

Post the URL or the citation for where you found the article and then

1) give a brief summary of the article include what, if any, disciplinary actions the employer took against the employee(s). 

2) State if you agree or disagree with the disciplinary actions taken and support your argument with research.
