According to my working experience as a CNA on dementia floor I got to understand that short-term memory shows noticeable changes with age, but long-term memory declines less with age. Some changes in cognition are normal with age, such as slower reaction times and reduced problem-solving abilities. Most older adults report good mental health and have fewer mental health problems than other age groups. some characteristics like Certain kinds of dementia, such as Alzheimer disease, differ from normal aging, sweat less, and they  lose some of the fatty tissue just below the skin. This can make it seem thinner. they may also notice wrinkles, age spots, and skin tags, or tiny growths of skin. aging people's cognitive are slow in all area.

to my perspective, I believe that older people tend to change slowly. my parents are ultimately responsible for their own choices – even if those choices affect me in distressing ways. i will focus on the things that are within my control and make peace with what I cannot change.

staying with my grandma for a long time gave me a good memories that i cannot forget in life, i can say this motivate me to work on the aging floor specifically on dementia floor. my experience with my grandma was awesome. literally, i thought she was tough not until i got to this country ,then I realized that she was just been affected with age , because my grandma can say only single word repeatedly in uncountable time. after i took my psychology at the college in this country , and i was thought about cognitive that when i realized that brain diminished with age.

This part 2 just respond to 50 words
