Purpose:  Describe some of the challenges with diagnostic test results in EHRs

Task:  Create a discussion post in which you briefly define unstructured data.  Provide an example of unstructured data that you would find in ancillary services and one or more ways to overcome this challenge.

· 2 points for providing an example of unstructured data
