Think of an organization that you are really familiar with. Discuss the observed behaviors of the organization and whether these behaviors seem to be consistent in terms of its identified formal rules and policies. Describe which of the 6 primary mechanisms of engagement the leadership in the organization utilizes. Identify at least 3 things the organization might need to do to develop a more ethical climate. In this discussion of 3 things, be sure to include at least 1 biblical principle the organization could follow as it works to develop a more ethical climate.
