Review course multi-touch textbook Chapter 5, find the section on Corporate and Competitive Strategies. See pages 59-69. Using information from these specific pages, identify the company’s corporate strategy, competitive strategy, and/or strategic initiatives. Students only need to select one. Select one strategy the company uses. Provide an example of a program, service, or initiative that demonstrates the selected strategy type.

Submit a one-to-two paragraph preliminary examination of the chosen organization’s Strategies (Porsche).

A successful submission will have citation and reference to the company's selected example, as well as to Ch. 5 where the chosen strategy type is described.
