Things To Consider as Management

Guidelines for Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities
Understand the basic Disabling Conditions
Use of “appropriate language Use person first language
Avoid the trendy slang or generic labels
Avoid using “normal” unless you have a good definition
If the disability is not relevant, then don’t talk about it.
Eliminate emotionally charged, negative words
Beware of “Superhuman syndrome”
