To begin with, the team working between different people in the group dynamics team. Team Dynamics may also suggest inspiration and driving forces that drive a team towards its goal. They affect the way the team behaves and their effects are complicated. The most obvious challenge in any team is to understand the different dynamics of how to work with all members (Petersen et al., 2015). However, in order to maintain a good relationship with any team, every team member should always try to find out some facts about his colleagues. Many of the team dynamics can influence a team results / performance. The team can perform poorly or efficiently.

In a group I was a member of, it has been done for a number of reasons we have put all over the place. First and foremost, we can confirm that we have a work-related balance. It is important to understand the benefits of work-relations to maintain team performance (Majnivskiy & Chudoba, 2015). All the squads need a strong way to get the tasks out and understand the best way to achieve their mission. When we realize the significance of the work-related balance we become easier and we will have an impact on the work at hand.

Another factor for the impact of our team was the problem that arises when one member of our team realized that one member identified the behavior that influenced other team members. It can adversely affect a member group (Donnellon, 2016). When we learned the importance of communication, we decided to focus on communication. Because good team is a communication center for dynamics. By ensuring that everyone is communicate clearly and efficiently. It's easy for everybody to have the same information to achieve our goal

Finally, the effective team leader does not always need to tell what to do with the team members, but guides the process and helps the band members to fulfill their work.
