Summary of the Case: 

The case describes the issues facing Indra Nooyi after five years of PepsiCo's new and controversial nutrition strategy.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

In three to four pages you will need to assess the ethical dilemmas in this case. 

At the very beginning of your paper you should clearly state whether there is or is not an ethical dilemma.  If there is one, detail what it is and why you feel it is an ethical dilemma. There may be more than one in some cases. Call them all out and explain why they are a dilemma.  

You should review the "harm" and "Justification" for each of these cases (e.g. who stands to loose and why, is it justifiable, if so how and why or why not).   You'll also need to clearly state what your assumptions are as you approach your solutions. 

You should state the alternate courses of action that the main protagonist can exercise in these cases. In the end you should recommend a final course of action (the best alternative) and WHY for each situation required in the case.
