This compensatory assignment for the final exam is a take home, open book assignment. The tasks need to be worked on individually and any materials may be used if they are referenced properly. Please understand that using dishonest means will cause the assignment to be graded negatively.
A total 15 points can be achieved. Partial points will be awarded. According to the course syllabus, a minimum of 40% of points (i.e., min. 6 out of 15 points) must be achieved on the final exam in order to pass the course. Please submit the compensatory assignment until 22.01.2023, 23:59.
Please answer the following questions in full sentences.
1. In company A, a new billing system is introduced. The organization draws a process flowchart of the billing process. Employees, though, have negative feelings and scepticism against the new billing system. Key users of the new accounting system take it for granted that the new billing system will allow for automatically scanning bills.
a. Applying the organizational culture model of Edgar Schein, explain which which role artifacts, espoused values, and basic underlying assumptions play in the implementation project of the billing system (2 P).

5. Consider the following scenario:
The head of HR (human resources) of a large multinational corporation is aiming to implement an internal talent marketplace. An internal talent marketplace supports matching employees to open roles. With such a platform, the head of HR hopes, talents who are available internally might be detected and granted opportunities for development into a new role. The internal talent marketplace may be for the benefit of both the employees as well as the corporation as it aims to close the “talent gap”. As part of the internal talent marketplace, an AI-based platform shall support with matching open roles with internal employees. It is proposed that the artificial intelligence (AI) - based platform shall take the following data sources into account:
