Task:
The final exam is an individual task. There are three materials below to guide your analysis. Please read the below article on digital transformation strategy, in its
part about Blockbuster. Then watch the video, again in its Blockbuster/Netflix part, and finally read the Netflix mini case study.
Please analyze what the two companies did right and wrong on their respective paths of success and failure. What are some of the best-practices that you can
extract from the story? What is the role of management / people in the story?
Please submit your findings in a report format.
