It helps you keep a track of the types of food you eating. Helps watch your intake of different things like: sugar, sodium, etc

Yes, I think I need to get in the habit of doing this, so I can watch my sugar in take.

I think it would be more. The reason I say that is, if it would of been more days, the intakes would have been higher, well it all depends on the types of foods you intake also. So it can be either less or more depending on your foods.
