An aspect of college you have found exciting, surprising and/or disappointing

College life is full of unexpected events, difficulties, and learning opportunities that help us develop as people. The broad and vibrant community of people I have come into contact with has been one aspect of college that has been especially thrilling, surprising, and even upsetting at times.

The opportunity to be exposed to many viewpoints and ideas is one of the most fascinating aspects of college. The range of people I have encountered has challenged my views and ideals and expanded my eyes to other points of view. I have met people who share my interests and passions through the numerous groups and organizations on campus, and I have developed deep connections with people from all backgrounds.

However, college has also occasionally caused me to be disappointed. Stress and anxiety can be brought on by the intense competition and pressure to achieve. In addition, navigating the complexity of college life can be challenging, especially for a first-timer.

Nevertheless, despite these difficulties, my college experiences have been immensely enlightening. I have gained a better understanding of who I am, my beliefs, and my ambitions, as well as a stronger sense of direction. The chances I've had to do meaningful work and have a great impact on my community have also been really fulfilling.

In conclusion, even though attending college can occasionally be exciting, unexpected, and even frustrating, it is a trip that is well worth going on. I have grown and developed a fresh perspective on the world thanks to the broad group of people I have met. Through my academic experiences, I have acquired the skills necessary to rise to difficulties, pursue excellence, and have a positive impact on the world.
