Thesis statement: this project will be an evaluation of diabetes type 2 and the connection with nutrition. Diabetes is a common disease in general but the study considers focusing on Type 2 because it is greatly affecting all age groups in the world. Individuals diagnosed with diabetes Type 2 most often experience diverse health complications because the disease has proven to be a catalyst for other health complications.

ii. The relationship between diabetes type 2 and exercising -exercising helps reduce fats, relieves stress, and consumes insulin which are all determinants of blood sugar and type 2.

i. Diabetes type 2 is a progressive disease. Over time one risks myocardial infarction, hyperglycemia, and stroke.
