There are times when you don’t have internal data to inform your organizational growth and performance. In such cases, you will have to either collect your own data or look externally for data. These data can serve as a baseline for your strategic goals and objectives or as key performance indicators (KPIs).

Part 1:

To ensure that your organization builds a solid data program, you reached out to key stakeholders for their data needs. Based on the information you collected and based on deliberations with your data team, use the table below to plan your data collection initiative.
