Importance of Human Resource Management
Human resource management is a function within which recruitment, directing and managing of workers in an organization is concentrated. Generally, Human resource management deals specifically with issues of company compensation, the general performance of an organization and its management, the development of an organization, organization safety and that of workers, wellness, the benefits, workers motivation and general training. It ensures that it manages people, environment and workplace culture. Its effectiveness contributes greatly to the company performance, direction and seeing that the intended goals of a company are met and its objectives. Comment by Josef: Do you need to establish a more personal focus and a main point that helps the audience with a problem they are facing?
New role in Human Resource Management
Recently, the human resource management focus has been drawn to the strategic utilization that targets its workers and impacts that can be measured in its workers in doing business. This shows that companies that want to be successful in terms of business must be resilient, be adaptive and be very quick to make directions as change and customer-centered making Human Resource Management effective in environment like those that are crucial in seeing business become successful. The development performance and career succession in planning systems are established by its professionals to keep people motivated and happy thus they get personally engaged in work that contributes to company success. Additionally, Human Resource Management contributes in the development of an organizational culture and its culture in which its employees do have the competency and concern thus committed to serve its customers well. Comment by Josef: This sounds like it is coming from a source. Is it? Comment by Josef: Are you reading your writing out loud to help you hear if sentences are unclear?
Human Resource Management Knowledge
In the field of Human Resource Management, experience happens to be one of the very best tactic of gaining knowledge generally of any specific sector, but again it needs an excellent attendance pick up point of the days to come development. This includes getting a program and having to adjust it to fit in the current trends under human resource. Basically, this shows that again u can gain some knowledge that is not even applicable to the current environment of business. Some colleges have come up with programs that help to give out their partakers appropriate skills essential for it and knowledge that is usually useful and effective that’s useful to individuals that want to do a course under human resource management and for those that have been appointed as the new managers and even the team leaders. Comment by Josef: Why U and not you? Avoid texting language
Herein, you are encouraged to have experience drawn on your own thus developing a clear image and understanding of HRM. Additionally, this provides a true theoretical and a practical podium for learners. Comment by Josef: Notice how formal this sounds

Desminique, it’s good that you are getting caught up. While this is an important topic, it relies on research and formal language. The goal of the Unit 4 Assignment is to write to a nonprofessional audience, use personal experience, and connect with that audience to help them to address a specific problem they are dealing with that you have personal experience with. It’s extremely important that papers follow the instructions so that you get experience with writing to different types of audiences and using language appropriate to the audience and situation. I am also concerned that the paper uses but does not cite the source listed at the end of the paper. Please note that it’s not enough to list the source in the references page. Each and every time you use a source, no matter whether you are quoting it or paraphrasing it, you must credit it with an in text citation, or else issues with plagiarism, even if they are unintentional, occur. One of the reasons we are currently writing without sources is that the course has yet to focus on how to use and cite sources as well. Please, going forward, make sure that any use of sources is appropriately cited. Please review the Writing Center’s information on source use and citation and how to avoid issues with unintentionally using sources without giving them appropriate credit. Please note that any future papers with this concern will receive a zero, so pay particular attention to using and citing sources and note that you want to share your ideas and in this case experience, rather than what a source says about the topic.
GOING FORWARD: Keep in mind the word SITUATION when you write. The situation in Unit 4 called for personal, informal first-person and second-person language, but that’s not always appropriate. The upcoming ACADEMIC ESSAY, for example, should avoid first person (I, me, my, we, us, our) and second person (you, your) and even though you begin with your OBSERVATION AND IDEAS about a topic, you do not need to write about them in first person, and given the topic and audience, you want to be more analytical than personal. Objective, more formal writing is called for in that situation.
Remember to take advantage of resources like our Writing Center when you need help and remember that we do not grow as writers unless we work on our weaknesses and are willing to make changes in our writing process. If something isn’t working for you, find another way to do it so you can do it well.
