Target industry: Agricultural industry

The entire humanity depends on agriculture for survival. We must eat food in order to work and survive. I chose the industry because it touches the lives of people and thus any issue in this field could significantly affect the human existences.

Empathize

  There are many challenges that face customers in the agricultural industry. These challenges need to streamline for the industry so that customer can benefit. The following are some issues that customers face in the agricultural industry.

i.  Poor food quality–this is one issue that has caused many health issues to the consumers. Agricultural products need to have the highest level of quality to ensure that health issues do not happen.

ii.  High prices–this is an issue that producers bring deliberately by reducing the supply of food products in a market.

iii. High level of chemical–farming uses chemical to control pests and increase the yields. However, much of these chemicals can be detrimental to consumers’ health.

iv.  Poor preservation method–some of the agricultural products can easily go bad if they are not preserved well. However, if poor perseveration methods are used, the products can rot and thus bring health issues.

v.  Climatically changes–this is an issue that affects the consumers indirectly. If there are adverse climatically issues the supply is affected thus high prices of foods.

 

Define

Users want self-regulating food prices so that farmers cannot deliberately cause shortage that will bring down supply and increase demand, leading to increased prices.

Ideate

There are many ways through we the prices of the food products can be regulated so that the consumers cannot suffer from high prices. The solution to the issues includes government regulation, address of the climatically issues, imports in case of shorting, best storage when the food is plenty, government purchase of products from farmer and the distribute them, government food products regulation, farmer help on farming practices, encouraging other people to venture into farming, use of the technology to address shortage issues, and information sharing on shortage to attract other sellers.

Short Answer

Python is the topic that interests me. It is the modern programming language that is used for developing different solution. The language is straightforward as compared to other high-level languages. Learning this topic is the best idea since it will be important in developing the system that will address the issues caused by few individuals in the agricultural sector. The topic can apply to the other field that include data science, artificial intelligence and robotics.

Python is the future of information system, and it will be the mostly used programming language. The technological advancement needs robust and scalable that could be learned and implemented easily. Therefore, future systems will be implemented in python because of its advanced features.

The futures of business school education are depended on the technological advancement. It is now clear that technology is shaping every field and thus the need to make sure that the school can integrate information technology so that it can prepare students who can adapt to the unique challenges and provide solutions.
