Design BARN in REVIT

Description:

- Center aisle 12’ wide

· Doors must close

· Sliding barn doors or possibly garage doors

- 4 Horse stall each are (12’ X 12’)

· Fancy stalls

-Place for 5 - 45 pound dogs

· Need to have free access to both inside and outside

· Dog door

-Outside area needs to be at least 50’x50’

· Should be accessible from outside as well (gate)

-Cleanable (no wood for outside area)

· Chain link fence @ 6.5’ tall so she can stand when she inside the outside play area.

-Lid

· Some metal pipe that runs across the top with a strong tarp for the lid (need support pulls due to snow load)

-Tack room

· Washer and dryer

· Stores and holds all horse equipment

· Counter

· Sink

· Cabinetry 

· Hot and cold water to this area

· Half bath in this area

-4 trash bins

· 3 for pellets, etc…

· 1 for regular trash

· Should probably have all 4 of these attached to the building some way

-Running water outside of barn

· Attached or spicket coming up from the ground

-Hay storage outside of barn

· Attached to building but entirely separate (only accessible from door to this section)

· (We could also go for something less sturdy to store the hay, then an extension to the building)

· Accessible by tractor

· Big doors in front

· Big Bales stacked 2 or 3 high

· Covered

-RV storage

· Must be covered from the elements

· Attachment like a garage 

· 25’ long - RV length

· We could go 30’ to 35’ for garage length

· cant back up so we should make it a pull through with a garage door on both sides

· 12’ clearance

· Needs 30 Amp and 110 amp plugin

· Water spicket near RV ( inside garage and Probably need drain for garage

· RV needs to be parked on concrete

Second story living quarters

· Full bath

· 2 bedrooms

· Small kitchen with counter seating area

· Living area/room

· First and Second floor must be accessible to Oreo the cat

· Cat door

Roof Pitch must be steep

Show Where dogs will be in the barn

Show how horses will enter and leave

Need first and second floor plan

Must have lots of natural light
