Time Management
I have discovered a few obstacles that might keep me from finishing all five tasks on schedule and to the desired standard. Some personal challenges I have are: -Procrastination -Difficulty staying on a plan -Remaining focused when overwhelmed
Trello is the time management tool I would employ. Trello is effective and efficient, which is why I have such high expectations for it. Users may connect existing boards using various card lists, labels, and filters to build their own unique working environment. It combines all the productivity features found in a traditional board with electronic cards. The fact that this application keeps the entire team together on a single platform is its biggest feature. To better organize my time, I would use "time doctor" it tracks progress and time management of projects. Also identifies productive rates of projects. It has an easy-to-use platform that enables me to identify which project I should be focusing on next. This tool makes it simple to comprehend how much time each project has left and how many hours per week I need to work. Because everything is on a single, simple-to read dashboard with real-time data accessible anytime, anywhere.

Tools
I would give the project with the highest priority my top priority. The other projects would therefore lose importance. The next step would be to place time frames on the projects to ensure the get completed by the deadline. Additionally, while working faster than before when given less work overall, having a short amount of time to do each assignment might lead to increased stress. The projects due first would be top priority. However I may have to do task for the other projects during this time which will be determined during the time frame planning stage.
Prioritize
The ideal method to organize the projects' schedules is to write down the requirements of each project and the timeframe to complete each step. By planning beforehand, focusing on each project later, I can ensure that I don't take too long between tasks and increase my productivity on each one.

With a demanding work schedule as a manager, makes it challenging to find time to finish during regular business hours. Several of these projects call for materials, tools, and equipment that I do not already have in my workshop, so I might need to buy more equipment before starting each project. These projects need study on architectural terms, building materials, and construction techniques, which might take more time if it's difficult to get relevant information online.
