Deliverable 05 - Time Management Document

Scenario

You recently have been given five projects: a new business development merger, launch a new ad campaign, produce marketing materials, re-design the company website, and develop training materials for a final presentation. All five projects are of high priority and have deadlines within days of each other. You begin to think about how you will manage your time to ensure all five projects are completed on time and with the expected quality that has been communicated to you.

Instructions

Identify time management challenges that may impact the ability to complete all five projects on time while maintaining the expected level of quality.

• Support your answers using research from credible scholarly sources. 

• Include the following in your Time Management document:

• Description of your personal challenges with time management.

• Which tool would you use to help with managing your time, and why.

• How you would prioritize the projects.

• How you optimize the scheduling of the projects.

• Next, create an infographic that illustrates your time management strategy, to include what was discussed in your Time Management document.

NOTE: Be sure to use research from credible scholarly sources to support your answers. 

Submission Requirements

· Deliverable should be a minimum of 4 to 5 pages of content; this does not include your title page and/or reference page and must contain support from the relevant research conducted using credible scholarly sources to support each criterion.
