Digi solutions is an information technology company that provides services that are focusing on the success of its clients and a partnership with other information technology companies. the name Digi solution came from the full word digital solutions because the company’s major goals are to provide solutions in the digital world.

Digi solutions are operating in the information technology industry because its focus is to strengthen the information technology infrastructure, providing information technology networks and provision of support in connecting devices and their users, programming services, services on security, network services, designing and maintaining websites, training of employees, collection and storage of data

The mission of Digi solutions is to strengthen information technology infrastructures and enhance the protection of information technology networks and those that use it. Safeguarding clients from any activities that involve manipulation of data and network. This ranges from hardware, software technology, and security strategies.

The vision of Digi solutions is to provide long-lasting solutions for all the information technology problems. Through the provision of services like home automation, video surveillance services, alarm systems, access controls, website designing,

IT specialists whose work is to look upon all the needs of clients and the accountant who looks on the financial flow of the company.

Some of the channels of communication needed include; face to face communication, use of mobile in communication through making calls and writing of text messages.
