· What Apps (i.e. Mobile Apps) do they currently use?

1. “Enterprise Wechat” which is a Instant messaging application for smart delivice published by Tencent.

2. Messaging

Employee can sent message, voice message, video, picture, location, video call and voice call through Wechat, also can create a group chat (up to 500 people) to reach each other.

Each message are able to translate to another language, also employee can set alarm function with some important messages to remind themself at specific time.

Employee can add each other via QR code, ID number, “Wechat business card”

Support to sent files such as PDF, Doc,pptx etc; also support different audio file format, open website, in dialog employee can also mark the important files.
