Elevator Pitch - the anytime fitness workout studio is planning to put up a fitness center and you 7360 square foot building on open land at 4181 space 31st Ave behind an O’Reilly auto parts Store and across 31st Ave from Mayo clinic’s 41st street campus later in the year. the project is geared at providing a 24 hour exercising center where members can access weights and cardio machines to improve their general health. The fitness workout studio will offer residence of Rochester an opportunity to work out anytime of the day. The residents will be expected to subscribe for a membership to benefit from the center once its construction is complete.
