This assignment requires development of a model’s matrix related to organizational behavior theories and their application to specific situations.  An analysis of three (3) different organizational theories must be undertaken.  Each of the selected theories must be applied to a contemporary health care scenario of your choice.  Models must clearly define each theory, describe the history of each theory and why that specific theory is applicable to the scenario you have developed. 

Contemporary health care scenarios are issues and concerns can be identified by examining health care publications such as Modern Healthcare, Hospitals and Health Networks, Healthcare Executive, HFM Magazine, other health care periodicals and numerous scholarly journals.

Format:

The assignments may include a narrative portion, but MUST include a matrix in the form of a table offering side by side analysis of the selected theories.
