SplitPay Project

• The SplitPay project is meant to offer a shared expenses solution that is faster, easier, and more convenient than manually calculating and handling debts.

• The service is provided to customers through their mobile devices. Registering in the service is free however a service fee will charged from customers on a per-transaction basis.

• SplitPay is an international service and is expected to operate all over the world. Special attention will be given to a selected list of countries based on the expected number of customers.

Areas of Operation

• SplitPay is an international service and will operate mainly in the following countries: • Canada • USA • Mexico • Brazil • Euro Zone • UK • Saudi Arabia • India • China • Hong Kong

Third Party Integration

• SplitPay is expected to integrate with third party providers including: • Paypal

• Global Payment System - provides wire transfer service for large payments (>= $1000)

• Google Maps

• SMS Gateway
