Up until this point in the course, we have learned about planning, organizing, and leading. We conclude our journey with the final function of control. Your textbook states that control is the management function that involves monitoring activities to ensure that they are being accomplished as planned and correcting any significant deviations. Control is the final link of the function and it is a process.
