Communication between Team Members and Stakeholders
Indian Census Communication Plan
The following communication plan will be conducted and follow the project duration period to facilitate reliable dissemination and communication of information between the entity's team members and the stakeholders. The organization understands that communication is a vital aspect of the company's success in its projects. The first phase of communication will be based on email distribution. The purpose of the communication via email platform will be to inform both the team members and the stakeholders about the primary goals and objectives of the project. The first phase of information will inform the stakeholders on the forward motion regarding how the Indian census will be conducted and getting the investigator employees on board.
The second phase will comprise communication from dealer project team members to the project management. Here, the project manager will assess the numbers behind the potential deal of conducting the Indian Census effectively. The department will also share the overview and updates on the project status with the organization's stakeholders. Phase three will involve the organization's HR department and project management. The human resource department will coordinate the individuals will send to the field to conduct census activities and operations. The department will also report the field progress to the organizational management for further directives.
The Indian Census project will have numerous stakeholders, including mathematicians, data analysts, research scientists, and software engineers. The role of mathematicians will be to formulate mathematics models and equations for estimating the Indian population. On the other hand, data analysts will play the role of analyzing the collected data from surveillance. Also, they will check the prediction algorithms that will be utilized in the application of android. The research scientists will play the role of working on additional tasks outside the three stakeholders' scope. Besides, the software engineers will play the role of coding and programming application programs to obtain the required findings.

Indian Census Schedule Plan
The project will take approximately two months to complete. The project's primary focus is to evaluate the viability of a non-intrusive census, develop the best mathematical model convenient for computing India's population size, and predict the possible trends in the Indian population. The project's primary stakeholders will include mathematicians, research scientists, data analysts, and software engineers as the key stakeholder in my project. The project's current status is 20 percent, and by 15th July 2022, the project is expected to have been completed.
