Creating a Shared Understanding – As a team, determine the following:
· What tasks need to be completed for each deliverable required in the course?
· What are the quality expectations we have as a team?
· How will we provide feedback on each other’s work products?
· Who should do what for each deliverable?
· What should team members do when they are unable to complete tasks as directed and need help? (Note, this can occur when they are experiencing illness or unexpected events. It can also occur when team members discover they do not understand something or lack needed skills or knowledge.)
