Successes

 I was able to successfully finish my first semester, though I found it challenging.

Problems 

I work in health care industry as a RN nurse manager. I have been have been having trouble taking care of my job as well as my studies.

Due to pandemic my job has been quite challenging and unable to focus on studies.

One of my strength finder is planning and self-efficacy.

“Eureka” moments  

My Eureka moment as a nurse manager is my patients and their finally getting COVID vaccine. I felt it was a Eureka moment because I lost lot of patients with COVID infections.
