Potentially impact the growth of the jobs within the sports industry from what I read includes the economy, strong academic background, competitiveness, and consistency, salary. Some positive with these factors include if the economy good it more positions open up within the sports industry. With a strong academic background, it could put you ahead of others. Being consist will help keep up with the sports industry, such as knowing and how to use different social media outlets as it expands in the industry. The negative impacts also include the economy, which if the in a good state many will not find jobs in this industry and others may get laid-off.  In this industry, it's very competitive and salary expectations are not as people think. Being a competitive industry its is harder for just getting an entry job and with low salaries will down back people to be committed to this industry. Not being consistent in the sports industry once in can cause drawbacks and others to take your position. For me to keep up with the positive and negatives impacts of the sports industry if I chose to pursue is to continue with my education and follow the job markets trend within the industry to be versatile to any jobs it the career field. As learn to be consistent with changes within the industry to keep with the sports trends.
