I record the video by myself. After the exercise, I feel very tired, and arm sore. I haven't exercised for a long time and gained a lot of weight during the epidemic. I need lose weight first. The intensity of training gradually increased. Please use this information extension to answer the above question.

Answer: I have a serious sugar addiction! A typical day for me includes a coffee with syrup in the morning, and several sodas throughout the day.
