marketing strategy

Is a project I'm doing with my friends for a module we have in university .... they gave us this (Black minority ethnic community partnership Brighton) AND we have to do a marketing strategy for them because they are not known in Brighton/United Kingdom

My part is to do the "Competitors Analysis" so you should check their website and see first what they are doing and then do the competitors analysis .. if u need information u can email this community and ask them about ... i only need 200-250 ADD references check also the council if is a competitors or not .. as they used to give them funds before and then they stopped . please it needs to be professional .
