It seems like I definitely do get enough fiber in my diet. Being a certified personal trainer, I feel obligated to practice what I preach to my clients. Part of the certification process includes a proper nutrition section that goes over proper macros and tailors to needs based on body composition scans and bmi/bmr/ etc. Typically on most days ill consume a variety of dark leafy greens, and either apples and bananas, or berries and tropical fruits. Variety is key to not get bored here. I also suffer from celiacs, which means I don't consume gluten. This has led me to go mostly for darker quinoa because they contain more fiber and antioxidants, brown and wild rices, chickpeas, flax meal sprouted breads, and on rare occasions chickpea pasta. Ive tried incorporating more fibers in the past, and it became too much which messed up my g.i. tract and caused me to bloat up and have an irritable bowel. As I tell my clients who are struggling with fiber, however, STAY AWAY FROM FIBER-ONE BARS, AND FIBER CEREAL.  It s simply not the answer. For most clients, veggies are the hard part. I often recommend throwing some spinach in with their berry smoothies because you can't taste it. Or I tell them to pure veggies into soup so they can't tell. In extreme cases I do offer greens superfood capsules or powder, but I cannot stress enough that this is a last resort for the extremely picky eater who just really cannot get them in any other way. Fresh is always best.

Example: Samantha I agree with you that choosing whole grain pastas and consuming more fruit and vegetables are the easiest change for you to notice a change in you digestion.

In my diet I believe that I do get a good amount of fiber but even with how much fiber I consume I think I am still not eating enough. My diet consist of fruits and veggies at every meal and snack, I also take a fiber gummy everyday to add to the amount of fiber that am consuming. Whenever I eat bread or pasta I always eat whole grains because I know that making that small switch can have a large impact on my digestion. I think that so many people do not eat enough fiber or drink enough water which causes constipation which affects peoples poop. Also so many people have allergies or intolerance to food which they are unaware of which causes stomach problems that take a long time to figure out the cause. My twin brother is lactose intolerant and one of my friends is having to adjust and test out different types of foods to figure out what is causing all of her stomach problems, That video was very informative in explaining and showing what people's poop means and what your poop is showing you about your diet and digestive system. One things Dr. Oz talked about was the important of having a good diet but also drinking enough water, so many to do not drink enough water which leads to so many other problems.
